I had a very fun day yesterday! In the morning, I went to Far East Plaza to buy new year clothing. I only had $50 sponsored from my mother which is enough for either a top or a bottom because everthing in the shopping center cost $39.90. As I have guitar class at 3pm, I had to leave early. After my guitar class,Ii had a great suprise waiting at my grandmother's house. My aunt actually went to queue for a very famous but expensive durian puffs for me as she knew I love durians puff... We actually planned to go meet my grandmother but it turned out that she went out with my grandfather. So, while waiting for them to return, we chatted with my aunts who lived at my grandmother's place too. We really had alot of laughter and really got updated with the latest'news' in the family as we have not met for a long time...

FIRE!!!
RING!!! The fire siren rang loudly. We gathered our stuff quickly and waited for the announcement. We did not need to wait too long for Mr. Low, our principal, to announce that there was a fire at Block B and that we should proceed to the school field immediatly. The whole school moved slowly but orderly to the school field, each class well aware of which stair or stairs to use. At the school field, we sat in the 1 o'clock heat, waiting to be debriefed.... You must be thinking about reading the newspaper tomorrow to see which school was burnt down but sorry to disappoint you, it was just a drill! But I personally think that apart from the confusion at the field's only gate, we did it very well! A pat on the back for everyone involved today! Lets hope that we won't have to do this drill anymore this year as it really takes up most of the lesson!

Soccer Match Against 2C

The atmosphere was perfect. The sun was shining, the crowd was cheering and the players are ready to kick off. But that happens only on computer games. Our match against 2C today was world apart from this description. We initially planned to use the field for the match but had to change location because the management had to service the field. Our 2nd choice destination was the tennis court but it was used for tennis training too. So, we had to settle for the basketball court. We thought that everything was going to be find when I discovered that 70% of the people who signed up for the match was MISSING!!! We had no choice so we took in some other students from 2E and 2I. The score ended at 0 - 0 after the match ( which lasted 10mins due to volleyball training) was really 'tiring'. We agreed that we would resume the match tomorrow but I cannot make it tomorrow due to 3rd language but I will make sure that our team wins!!!

First Week Of School
One would expect the first week of school to be filled with fun and laughter but mine was not... I had to cope with the tons of homework hurled at us poor students. We could not enjoy life like the secondary ones, whom can slack due to them being the juniors of the school. One of the greatest fun one can enjoy on the first week of school is guessing who your teachers are. But for me, the only change of teacher I have is the Chinese teacher. What a relief (or so i thought)! I am currently experiencing why others say that one's perfectness is shown in another's weakness... One of the fun things that happened this week was my PE teacher, Mr Lee let us play soccer in PE when we were supposed to run 2.4km like other classes. I really look forward to my chemistry lessons next term or in the 3rd term to see if my favourite teacher is teaching us again!!!
